Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all guests upon arrival.
- Manage reservations and walk-in guest lists efficiently using our system.
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
- Provide accurate wait times and manage guest expectations during peak hours.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand and waiting area.
- Assist guests with coat check or special requests.
- Communicate effectively with servers, bussers, and kitchen staff regarding table status and guest needs.
- Observe and anticipate guest needs, promptly addressing any concerns.
- Support the team by assisting with light cleaning tasks or setting up tables when needed.
