Key Responsibilities
- Assisting service users with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and hygiene needs, always maintaining dignity and respect.
- Supporting with mobility and transfers, safely using appropriate equipment as required.
- Administering medication strictly as per care plans and company policy (following comprehensive training and certification).
- Assisting with meal preparation, feeding, and monitoring dietary intake, ensuring nutritional needs are met.
- Providing companionship, engaging in stimulating activities, and fostering a positive social environment.
- Performing light housekeeping duties to ensure a clean, tidy, and safe living space.
- Monitoring and accurately reporting any changes in service users' health, well-being, or behaviour to the appropriate personnel.
- Documenting care provided thoroughly and adhering to individual care plans and regulatory requirements.
- Promoting independence, choice, and active participation for all service users in their daily lives.
Required Skills
