Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships.
- Understand client objectives, challenges, and aspirations to effectively align our services with their strategic goals.
- Conduct regular client check-ins and business reviews to ensure satisfaction, identify growth opportunities, and mitigate potential risks.
- Onboard new clients efficiently, ensuring a smooth transition and comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
- Proactively identify and resolve client issues, escalating complex problems to relevant internal teams and tracking resolution.
- Collaborate with sales, technical, and product teams to deliver integrated solutions and enhance the overall client experience.
- Educate clients on new features, services, and best practices to maximize their engagement and success.
- Gather client feedback and insights to contribute to product development and service improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and present reports on client account status, health, and performance metrics.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client services, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swahili.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
