Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships.
  • Understand client objectives, challenges, and aspirations to effectively align our services with their strategic goals.
  • Conduct regular client check-ins and business reviews to ensure satisfaction, identify growth opportunities, and mitigate potential risks.
  • Onboard new clients efficiently, ensuring a smooth transition and comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
  • Proactively identify and resolve client issues, escalating complex problems to relevant internal teams and tracking resolution.
  • Collaborate with sales, technical, and product teams to deliver integrated solutions and enhance the overall client experience.
  • Educate clients on new features, services, and best practices to maximize their engagement and success.
  • Gather client feedback and insights to contribute to product development and service improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and present reports on client account status, health, and performance metrics.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in client services, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swahili.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in the professional services or consulting industry.
  • Familiarity with the Nandi County business landscape.
  • Additional language proficiency.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
