Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and online chat, providing accurate and timely information.

- Research, compare, and present various booking solutions, including pricing, availability, and terms.
- Process bookings efficiently and accurately, ensuring all details are correctly captured and confirmed.
- Handle modifications, cancellations, and special requests with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to better serve clients.
- Resolve customer service issues and complaints effectively, aiming for complete client satisfaction.

Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or booking-related role.
