Key Responsibilities
- Sort and inspect incoming laundry items, identifying materials and appropriate cleaning methods.
- Operate commercial washing, drying, and pressing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Fold, iron, and package various textile items with precision and care, maintaining high presentation standards.
- Perform quality checks on all processed items to ensure cleanliness and integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels of detergents and supplies, reporting needs to management.
- Assist with loading and unloading laundry, and preparing items for delivery or pick-up.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods, lifting, bending, and reaching (up to 25 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
