Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and label products according to company standards and customer orders.
- Inspect all items for quality, damage, or discrepancies before packaging.
- Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety procedures and operational guidelines.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks (training provided), safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Prepare packages for shipping, ensuring correct documentation and labeling.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or product damage to supervisors promptly.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs consistently throughout a shift.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
