Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms, suites, and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Change linens, make beds, replenish amenities, and ensure all areas are properly stocked.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors, ensuring all surfaces are spotless.
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and fittings, paying close attention to intricate details.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items promptly to supervision.
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene regulations and guidelines.
- Handle guest requests courteously and efficiently, escalating issues when necessary.
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
- Assist with laundry duties, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding of resort linen and towels.
