Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and book a diverse range of musical artists suitable for the Windsor market.
- Negotiate performance contracts, venue agreements, and vendor partnerships to ensure profitable events.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and promotional strategies across various channels (digital, print, radio) to maximize ticket sales.
- Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial targets are met or exceeded.
- Oversee all logistical aspects of concerts, including venue setup, technical requirements, artist hospitality, and on-site event management.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with artists, agents, venues, media, and local community stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, audience demographics, and past event performance to inform future booking decisions and strategies.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in event promotion, booking, or management within the music or entertainment industry.
- Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills.
- Strong understanding of music genres, artists, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking abilities.
- Proficiency in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
