Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with planting, pruning, weeding, watering, and fertilizing plants, shrubs, and trees.
- Preparing garden beds and soil for new plantings.
- Operating and maintaining basic gardening tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Monitoring plant health and identifying common pests or diseases under supervision.
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of garden areas and tools.
- Assisting with landscape design installations and garden renovations.
- Transporting materials and equipment to various work sites within Kwale County.
- Following instructions from senior gardeners and landscape supervisors.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
