Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet customers, take accurate food and drink orders using our point-of-sale system.
- Efficiently process payments, handle cash and card transactions, and provide correct change.
- Accurately assemble and package food and beverage orders, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to customers, maintaining our speed of service standards.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized drive-thru window and surrounding work area.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve minor issues, and escalate complex concerns with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
- Assist with other restaurant duties as assigned to support overall operational efficiency.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly voice.
- Ability to work effectively and maintain composure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive and approachable attitude.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
