Key Responsibilities
- Assist guests with inquiries, provide information about resort amenities, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Support various resort departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and recreation, as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas, ensuring the resort's aesthetic standards are upheld.
- Handle guest requests and resolve minor issues promptly and courteously, escalating complex matters to supervisors.
- Participate in operational tasks such as setting up for events, replenishing supplies, and assisting with inventory.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures to ensure a secure and healthy environment for guests and staff.
