Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business objectives.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools to communicate key metrics and performance indicators.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments (e.g., Marketing, Product, Sales) to understand their analytical needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Formulate clear, actionable recommendations based on data findings to support strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
- Design and execute A/B tests and other experimental designs to evaluate the impact of new initiatives.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular data validation and quality checks.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analytics and business intelligence.
- Present findings and insights to diverse audiences, including senior leadership, in a concise and compelling manner.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an Insights Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Expertise in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
