Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, including operational, financial, market, credit, and reputational risks.
- Develop, implement, and monitor risk management policies, procedures, and controls.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, potential vulnerabilities, and emerging risks.
- Prepare detailed risk reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate risk management best practices into business processes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in risk management.
- Assist in the development and delivery of risk training and awareness programs.
- Participate in incident response and business continuity planning.
- Support internal and external audit processes related to risk management.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in risk analysis, financial analysis, or a similar analytical role.
- Proven proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R).
- Strong understanding of risk management principles, methodologies, and regulatory frameworks.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to articulate complex risk concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
