Career.zycto is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Assistant with a focus on E-commerce Management to join our vibrant team in Ikeja GRA. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and managing feedback channels related to online orders and products.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media promotions, and basic SEO optimization.
  • Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure product availability and timely order fulfillment.

Required Skills
