Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and live chats promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and policies.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to relevant departments when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and build rapport.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers and ensure first-call resolution where possible.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a customer service or call centre environment (minimum 6 months).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong active listening and clear articulation abilities.
- Ability to empathise with customers and defuse challenging situations effectively.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and general computer applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications
- GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Maths.
- Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar customer support platforms.
- Familiarity with financial services or telecommunications industries.
