Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's client base and achieve aggressive sales targets.

- Provide regular, detailed reports on sales performance, market insights, and client feedback to senior management.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 4 years) as a Business Development Manager or similar role, preferably within the recruitment or HR consulting industry.
- Demonstrable track record in developing and executing successful business development and client acquisition strategies.
- Strong understanding of market research, sales analytics, and lead generation techniques.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
