Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain manual and semi-automated shrink wrap machines efficiently and safely.
- Inspect pallets and packages to ensure proper loading, stability, and adherence to safety guidelines before wrapping.
- Apply shrink wrap, banding, and other protective materials to outgoing shipments with precision.
- Verify product counts and labels against shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
- Identify and report any damaged or improperly loaded goods.
- Assist with general warehouse duties, including sorting, organizing, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to optimize workflow and meet daily shipping targets.
- Perform routine checks on equipment and report any malfunctions.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
