Key Responsibilities
- Assist qualified tree surgeons with all aspects of tree work, including pruning, felling, and planting.
- Prepare work sites by setting up safety barriers and signage.
- Operate and maintain a variety of tools and equipment under supervision (e.g., chainsaws, wood chippers, stump grinders).
- Clear branches, brushwood, and other debris from work areas.
- Assist with the safe handling and processing of timber and woodchip.
- Learn and adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.
- Support the team in emergency call-out situations as required.
- Contribute to a positive and safe working environment.
