Key Responsibilities
- Operate production line machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all operational procedures.
- Monitor product quality at various stages of the production process, identifying and reporting any defects or non-conformities.
- Pack finished food products according to company standards, ensuring correct labeling and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work area, regularly sanitizing equipment and surfaces in line with food safety regulations (HACCP).
- Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Assist with loading and unloading raw materials and finished goods, demonstrating safe manual handling techniques.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets and ensure smooth shift handover.
- Perform basic equipment checks and report any malfunctions or maintenance issues promptly to management.
Required Skills
- Ability to work consistently and reliably during night shift hours (e.g., 10 PM – 6 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods and lift moderately heavy items.
- Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a food production or manufacturing environment.
