Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred care tailored to individual client needs and preferences.
  • Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support with mobility and transfers, using appropriate equipment where necessary.
  • Prompt and administer medication according to prescribed care plans.
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding, ensuring dietary requirements are met.
  • Perform light household duties, such as tidying, laundry, and shopping.
  • Provide companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities.
  • Maintain accurate care records and report any concerns or changes in client condition to the care coordinator.
  • Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
