As Airport Ground Staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of airport operations, both airside and landside. Your day-to-day will be varied and exciting, contributing directly to the passenger experience and the timely departure and arrival of aircraft. From guiding aircraft on the tarmac and handling baggage with precision to operating essential ground support equipment (after receiving thorough training), you’ll be at the heart of the action. Key Responsibilities
- Safely guide aircraft on and off the stand using standard marshalling signals.
- Efficiently load and unload passenger baggage and cargo from aircraft holds.
- Operate various ground support equipment (e.g., baggage tugs, cargo loaders, pushback tractors) after comprehensive training and certification.
- Assist passengers with special needs or queries, directing them as required.
- Perform general ramp duties, including cleaning and maintaining the immediate aircraft vicinity.
- Conduct pre-departure checks and ensure the aircraft is ready for its next flight.
- Adhere strictly to all aviation safety, security, and operational procedures.
- Communicate effectively with flight crew, air traffic control, and other ground personnel.
- Respond promptly to operational demands and assist in managing irregular operations.
- Complete all necessary documentation and reports accurately.
Required Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic outdoor environment.

- No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
