Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Perform routine quality checks on products at various stages to ensure they meet specified standards and identify any defects.
- Load, unload, and transport materials from production lines, ensuring proper handling, inventory accuracy, and storage.
- Assemble components accurately and efficiently, following detailed work instructions, blueprints, or schematics.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering strictly to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality control issues to supervisors promptly and accurately.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to optimize production flow, troubleshoot issues, and meet daily targets.
- Package finished products, apply appropriate labels, and prepare them meticulously for shipment.
- Participate actively in training sessions to enhance skills, knowledge of new processes, and operation of new machinery.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including counting, tracking, and organizing materials as needed.
- Perform other general labour duties as assigned to support overall factory operations and team objectives.
Required Skills
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Capable of lifting and moving materials up to 50 lbs safely
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
