You will be responsible for a comprehensive range of cleaning duties across various hotel areas, including guest rooms, bathrooms, common areas, hallways, and back-of-house spaces. Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, and vacuuming to ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean and tidy.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish amenities according to established standards.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, ensuring all fixtures, surfaces, and floors are spotless.
- Handle and store cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items to supervisors promptly.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies.
- Interact with guests in a polite and professional manner when necessary, maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and other duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
