Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to promote Career.zycto's services.
- Manage and optimise social media presence (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Create engaging content, including blog posts, case studies, press releases, website copy, and email newsletters.
- Implement and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and build relationships with clients and candidates.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities, providing insights for strategic planning.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with sales and recruitment teams to align marketing efforts with business development goals.
- Assist in the organisation and promotion of online and offline events, webinars, and workshops.
- Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand voice.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role, preferably within a B2B or recruitment environment.
