Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers with inquiries, product location, and purchases.
- Accurately process transactions using our point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash, card, and mobile payments.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and visually appealing store environment, including shelving, aisles, and changing rooms.
- Assist with stock replenishment, ensuring shelves are well-stocked and products are correctly displayed.
- Receive and unpack new deliveries, verifying contents against invoices and organizing stock in the backroom.
- Support fellow team members in various daily store operations, contributing to a collaborative work atmosphere.
