Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Act as a primary point of contact and liaison between executives, internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and professional presentation.
  • Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for various executive initiatives and projects.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
  • Anticipate needs, proactively problem-solve, and implement solutions to optimize executive efficiency.
  • Manage special projects and events as assigned, from conception to successful completion.
  • Process expense reports and manage budgets for executive-related activities.
  • Maintain an clean, organized, and efficient executive office environment.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives or senior management.
  • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant productivity tools.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for grammar and professional tone.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.
