Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport various items, including packages, documents, and other goods, to designated locations within Downtown Phoenix and surrounding areas.
- Plan and execute daily delivery routes in an optimized manner to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
- Load and unload items carefully, ensuring proper handling and securing of all cargo to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups, obtaining necessary signatures and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, clients, and recipients regarding delivery status, delays, or any issues encountered.
- Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, reporting any maintenance needs or issues promptly.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company safety policies, and client specific delivery protocols.
- Represent Career.zycto and its clients professionally, maintaining a courteous and helpful demeanor at all times.
- Handle sensitive and confidential materials with discretion and integrity.
- Utilize navigation tools and delivery management applications proficiently.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no major infractions within the last 3 years).
- Proven ability to navigate Downtown Phoenix efficiently using GPS and mapping applications.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable personal vehicle suitable for deliveries (fuel efficient, well-maintained) and proof of insurance.

- Previous experience as a courier, delivery driver, or in a similar logistical role.
