Key Responsibilities

  • Assist conveyancers and solicitors with all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions.
  • Prepare and dispatch legal correspondence, documents, and forms accurately and efficiently.
  • Conduct property searches and compile comprehensive reports for review by senior colleagues.
  • Manage and organise client files, ensuring all information is up-to-date and compliant with regulatory standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties, providing updates and gathering necessary information.
  • Handle telephone enquiries, take messages, and direct calls appropriately.
  • Administer post-completion tasks, including land registration and stamp duty submissions.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of client information and adhere to data protection regulations.
  • Support the wider legal team with general administrative duties as required.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
