Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, provide clear directions, and answer general inquiries about the resort's facilities, services, and policies.
- Assist guests with ski and snowboard equipment rentals, ensuring proper fitting and safe handling.
- Support lift operations by guiding guests onto lifts, checking tickets, and maintaining a safe and efficient flow.
- Monitor designated areas of the resort, reporting any safety hazards or issues to appropriate personnel.
- Assist with the upkeep and cleanliness of resort facilities, including rental areas, warming lodges, and common spaces.
- Provide basic first aid assistance and call for professional medical help when necessary (training provided).
- Help with snow removal and general maintenance around guest service areas as required.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive guest experience.
- Adhere strictly to all resort safety protocols and operational guidelines.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong customer service orientation and a desire to help others.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to commit to a flexible part-time schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and work outdoors in varying winter weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., retail, food service) is a plus, but not required.
- Basic knowledge of ski or snowboard equipment.
