Career.zycto is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Part-Time Leisure Centre Assistants. Key Responsibilities
- Greet members and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service and information.
- Monitor activities within the centre, ensuring the safety and well-being of all users.
- Assist with the setup and dismantling of equipment for various sports and activities.
- Perform routine checks of facilities and equipment, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and tidiness across all areas of the leisure centre, including changing rooms, gyms, and activity spaces.
- Handle enquiries, bookings, and payments, operating the reception desk efficiently when required.
- Support the senior staff in emergency situations, following established procedures.
- Engage with members to foster a friendly and inclusive community atmosphere.
- Undertake any other duties as reasonably requested to support the smooth running of the centre.
