Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload deliveries and accurately sort merchandise into appropriate categories.
- Replenish shelves, displays, and promotional areas with new stock according to planograms.
- Rotate stock to ensure older products are brought to the front, minimising waste and maximising freshness.
- Verify product codes, prices, and expiry dates, reporting any discrepancies or issues.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment throughout the shift, including aisles and stockrooms.
- Operate manual handling equipment safely and responsibly (e.g., pallet trucks, cage trolleys).
- Assist with waste management and recycling efforts.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily stocking targets.
