Key Responsibilities
- Prepare various baked goods including breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies following established recipes and quality standards.
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers safely and efficiently.
- Decorate cakes and pastries with precision and creativity, adhering to customer specifications and seasonal themes.
- Monitor inventory of baking ingredients and supplies, reporting needs to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Assist with packaging and labeling products for display and sale.
- Provide exceptional customer service, taking orders, answering questions, and handling transactions with a friendly demeanor.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including washing dishes, sanitizing workstations, and sweeping floors.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety and sanitation regulations (HACCP, local health codes).
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely production.
- Assist with merchandising and stocking display cases, ensuring an attractive and fresh presentation of products.

- 6+ months of experience in a bakery, kitchen, or food service environment.
