Key Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery and equipment according to specifications and safety guidelines.
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Conduct quality control checks and inspections on products and processes, identifying and resolving any deviations.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to guide assembly and repair tasks.
- Maintain accurate production records, maintenance logs, and inventory of parts and supplies.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production technician role.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining complex manufacturing equipment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, with hands-on troubleshooting experience.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and schematics.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and quality assurance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and record keeping.
Preferred Qualifications
