Career.zycto is seeking an accomplished and visionary Program Manager to lead complex initiatives and drive strategic outcomes within our organization. As a Program Manager, you will oversee the full program lifecycle, from conceptualization and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure. You will be responsible for meticulously managing program budgets, timelines, resources, and risks, ensuring that all projects under your purview are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. A significant part of your role will involve fostering strong relationships with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and external partners, effectively communicating program status, challenges, and successes.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple complex programs simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational strategic objectives.
- Define program scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed program plans, including timelines, budgets, risk assessments, and communication strategies.
- Oversee cross-functional project teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and ensuring effective collaboration and accountability.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed.
- Monitor program progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, foster strong relationships, and ensure transparent communication throughout the program lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for program management processes and methodologies.
- Ensure all program deliverables meet quality standards and organizational requirements.
- Contribute to the strategic vision and long-term planning of Career.zycto’s program portfolio.
Required Skills
- Minimum 6 years (72 months) of progressive experience in program or project management roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex, multi-faceted programs from inception to completion.
- Strong understanding and practical application of program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Exceptional leadership, team-building, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and schedules effectively.
- Expertise in risk management and problem-solving.
- Proficiency with program management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet).
- Superior analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience in the HR Technology, Professional Services, or Consulting industries.
- Change management certification or extensive experience in leading organizational change initiatives.
- Familiarity with various business intelligence tools for program reporting and analysis.
