Key Responsibilities

- Accurately process prize redemptions using our point-of-sale system and ticket counters.
- Assist guests in selecting prizes, providing recommendations and answering questions about prize values.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing prize counter and display area.
- Monitor prize inventory levels, assist with restocking, and notify management of low stock items.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide basic assistance with game inquiries or direct guests to appropriate staff for technical support.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for guests and colleagues.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
