Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist customers on the sales floor, providing product information and recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash, credit, and debit card payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including shelving, displays, and fitting rooms.
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking new merchandise, ensuring products are correctly priced and displayed.
- Support inventory management by performing regular stock counts and assisting with replenishment tasks.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve minor issues, and escalate complex situations to management when necessary.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and loss prevention.
- Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and maintain a positive working atmosphere.
