Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with a positive, friendly attitude.
- Distribute bowling shoes and equipment (balls, etc.) accurately and efficiently.
- Assist guests with lane assignments and basic operation of scoring systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of bowling lanes, common areas, restrooms, and equipment.
- Monitor bowling lanes for proper function and report any issues to management promptly.
- Collect and sanitize bowling shoes and equipment after use.
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide helpful information about the facility.
- Assist with setting up and resetting lanes for new groups.
- Uphold all safety standards and company policies to ensure a secure environment.
- Support other team members as needed to ensure smooth operations.
