Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, provide game instructions, and ensure a clear understanding of safety rules.
- Monitor the laser tag arena during gameplay, ensuring participant safety and fair play.
- Assist guests with equipment (vests, phasers), ensuring proper fit and functionality.
- Manage game flow, including starting and ending games, resetting equipment, and clearing the arena.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laser tag arena and equipment.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve minor issues with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Assist with party setup and breakdown, as well as other general venue duties as needed.
- Uphold all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety protocols.
