Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Remote Procurement Coordinator to join our dynamic supply chain team. Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with planning teams to ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Analyse market trends, supplier performance, and pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Resolve supplier-related issues, including discrepancies in orders, invoices, and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, databases, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and provide procurement support.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a procurement, purchasing, or supply chain role (2+ years).
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
