Key Responsibilities
- Actively prospect, identify, and qualify new business opportunities through various channels, including cold outreach, networking, and referrals.

- Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with talent acquisition and account management teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Required Skills
- 3+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably in staffing, recruiting, or HR technology.
