Key Responsibilities
- Define, plan, and execute programme strategies in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Oversee the successful delivery of multiple interdependent projects within the programme framework.
- Manage programme budgets, resources, and timelines, ensuring adherence to financial and operational targets.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate programme risks and issues, developing effective contingency plans.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Establish and maintain robust programme governance, reporting, and communication structures.
- Engage with key stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, clients, and vendors.
- Ensure programme compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the programme management lifecycle.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and decision-making processes to keep the programme on track.
Required Skills
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Programme Management or Senior Project Management.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-faceted programmes.
- Strong understanding of project and programme management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
