Career.zycto is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Affiliate Coordinator to join our growing online growth team. In this pivotal remote role based in Marsabit County, Kenya, you will be instrumental in expanding our digital presence and driving customer acquisition through strategic affiliate partnerships. As an Affiliate Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our affiliate program, from recruiting new partners to optimizing existing relationships for maximum performance. Key Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners through various outreach methods.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing affiliates, ensuring their ongoing engagement and success.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on affiliate performance, identifying areas for optimization and growth.
- Develop and implement creative strategies to motivate affiliates and increase program effectiveness.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment processing for all affiliate commissions.
- Create and distribute marketing assets, promotional materials, and content to support affiliate campaigns.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify new trends and opportunities in the affiliate marketing landscape.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and sales teams to align affiliate strategies with broader company goals.
- Provide ongoing support and training to affiliates regarding platform usage and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and compliance requirements for affiliate marketing.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of recruiting and managing successful affiliate programs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using affiliate marketing platforms and tracking tools.
- Solid understanding of online advertising models (CPA, CPL, CPC, etc.).
