Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as needed for various projects.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, expense reporting, and procurement of office supplies.
- Coordinate internal and external communications, acting as a primary point of contact when appropriate.
- Support event planning and coordination for internal team meetings or external engagements.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Shadow senior team members to learn best practices in executive support and business operations.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in administrative processes and suggest solutions.
Required Skills
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (university or college).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
