Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct environmental due diligence (Phase I/II ESAs) and site investigations for various client projects.
  • Prepare comprehensive environmental reports, permit applications, and regulatory compliance documents.
  • Provide expert guidance on federal, state, and local environmental regulations (e.g., CERCLA, RCRA, CWA, CAA).
  • Develop and implement effective environmental management plans and sustainability initiatives.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Liaise with clients, regulatory agencies, and subcontractors to facilitate project execution and approvals.
  • Perform data analysis, interpret results, and formulate actionable recommendations.
  • Stay abreast of emerging environmental policies, technologies, and industry best practices.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in environmental consulting or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of environmental regulations and permitting processes.
  • Proven experience with Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Geology, or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a relevant environmental field.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., P.G., P.E., CHMM, REM).
  • Experience with environmental data management software (e.g., GIS, EHS software).
  • Familiarity with hazardous waste management and remediation technologies.
  • Project management experience with a track record of successful project delivery.
