Key Responsibilities
- Conduct environmental due diligence (Phase I/II ESAs) and site investigations for various client projects.
- Prepare comprehensive environmental reports, permit applications, and regulatory compliance documents.
- Provide expert guidance on federal, state, and local environmental regulations (e.g., CERCLA, RCRA, CWA, CAA).
- Develop and implement effective environmental management plans and sustainability initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Liaise with clients, regulatory agencies, and subcontractors to facilitate project execution and approvals.
- Perform data analysis, interpret results, and formulate actionable recommendations.
- Stay abreast of emerging environmental policies, technologies, and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in environmental consulting or a related field.
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations and permitting processes.
- Proven experience with Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Geology, or a related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant environmental field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., P.G., P.E., CHMM, REM).
- Experience with environmental data management software (e.g., GIS, EHS software).
- Familiarity with hazardous waste management and remediation technologies.
- Project management experience with a track record of successful project delivery.
