Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and analyze field and greenhouse experiments related to crop improvement, soil health, pest management, and nutrient cycling.
- Collect, process, and interpret complex data using statistical software and present findings in clear, concise reports and presentations.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies for sustainable agricultural practices, including water conservation, reduced chemical dependency, and organic farming methods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to integrate research findings into practical farming solutions.
- Stay abreast of the latest scientific literature, technologies, and trends in agricultural science.
- Prepare grant proposals and secure funding for research projects.
- Mentor junior scientists and technicians, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.

Required Skills
- Ph.D. in Agronomy, Plant Science, Soil Science, Horticulture, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of post-doctoral or relevant industry experience in agricultural research.
- Proven expertise in experimental design, statistical analysis, and data interpretation.
- Strong understanding of crop physiology, soil-plant interactions, and nutrient management.
- Proficiency with scientific software (e.g., R, SAS, JMP) for data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of peer-reviewed publications.
