Key Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of beauty treatments including facials, massages (Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone), manicures, pedicures, waxing, and body wraps.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess needs, recommend appropriate treatments, and customize services.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment room and equipment in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend retail products to enhance their at-home beauty routine.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and personalized attention.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently and accurately.
- Actively participate in ongoing training and workshops to stay current with industry trends and new techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a harmonious and productive work environment.
- Handle client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and discretion.
Required Skills
- Diploma or Certificate in Cosmetology, Esthetics, or Spa Therapy from a recognized institution.
