Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement high-quality AR/VR applications and experiences using Unity3D or Unreal Engine.
- Collaborate with designers, artists, and other developers to translate concepts and wireframes into interactive prototypes and finished products.
- Optimize AR/VR applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness across various devices and platforms.
- Integrate new AR/VR SDKs, APIs, and hardware components into existing and new projects.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure application stability and a seamless user experience.
- Stay current with emerging AR/VR technologies, industry trends, and best practices, evaluating their potential for future projects.
- Participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural decisions, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- Contribute to the full development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, deployment, and maintenance.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in C# (for Unity) or C++ (for Unreal Engine).
- Strong experience with Unity3D or Unreal Engine for AR/VR development.
- Familiarity with AR/VR SDKs such as ARCore, ARKit, SteamVR, Oculus SDK, or similar.
- Solid understanding of 3D graphics, linear algebra, and real-time rendering pipelines.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related technical field.
- Experience with mobile development (iOS/Android) for AR applications.
- Knowledge of 3D modeling software (Blender, Maya, 3ds Max).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for backend services.
- Experience with multiplayer AR/VR development.
- A portfolio showcasing previous AR/VR projects or 3D development work.
