As an Artist Management Assistant, you will be at the heart of our operations, helping to coordinate schedules, manage communications, and facilitate project execution for our artists. Your daily tasks will be varied and exciting, ranging from organising travel arrangements for tours and promotional events to preparing detailed reports and managing social media outreach strategies. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist artist managers with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and database management.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for artist tours, appearances, and promotional events.
  • Manage artist calendars, ensuring timely reminders for meetings, rehearsals, and deadlines.
  • Prepare detailed expense reports, invoices, and budget summaries.
  • Support social media management and content scheduling for artists as directed.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, potential opportunities, and competitor activities.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for artists, labels, and external partners, maintaining professional communication.

Required Skills
