Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage claims from initial receipt to final resolution, adhering strictly to company policies and regulatory frameworks.
- Conduct thorough investigations, gather necessary documentation, and verify information to accurately assess claim validity.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, internal teams, and third-party stakeholders regarding claim status, requirements, and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date claims records and databases, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and ease of retrieval.
- Identify and escalate complex, unusual, or high-risk claims to senior management for specialized review and resolution.
- Prepare detailed reports on claim trends, processing times, and potential areas for operational improvement to inform decision-making.
- Ensure continuous compliance with all relevant industry regulations, legal requirements, and internal standard operating procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly, empathetically, and professionally.
- Assist in the development and implementation of claims processing enhancements, workflows, and best practices to optimize efficiency.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Claims Administrator or in a similar meticulous administrative role (minimum 3 years).
- Strong understanding of claims processing procedures, protocols, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and discrepancies.
- Exceptional attention to detail and unwavering commitment to accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Proficiency in claims management software and advanced competence in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
