Job Description

Career.zycto is seeking a dynamic and passionate Part-Time Artist Relations Coordinator to join our vibrant team in Tucson, Arizona. This role is crucial in fostering strong, positive relationships with artists, ensuring they feel supported, understood, and valued within our ecosystem. You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of artists, managing their inquiries, coordinating logistics for engagements, and acting as an advocate for their needs internally. As an Artist Relations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the artist experience, working closely with our marketing, operations, and creative teams to ensure seamless execution of artist-related initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison for assigned artists, addressing their needs and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate logistics for artist engagements, including scheduling, travel, accommodation, and technical requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date artist profiles and databases, ensuring accuracy of contact information and project details.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, production, legal) to ensure artists' needs are met and projects are executed smoothly.
  • Assist in the development and distribution of artist communications, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Gather artist feedback and provide insights to improve services and overall artist experience.
  • Help resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise, escalating complex matters to senior management when necessary.
  • Represent Career.zycto at local arts events, networking with artists and industry professionals to expand our network.
  • Track and report on artist engagement metrics and satisfaction levels.
